The FAB PPS\/ERP system from Armbruster<\/a> is the starting point. Here, customers are managed, enquiries are created, automatic calculations are made, quotations are created and production forecasts are generated.<\/p>\n

When the order is triggered, the parts to be produced are transferred to the shift planning and transferred unmanned to the laser machine with fully automatic storage via the RCI interface. The produced nestings are returned to the Stopa warehouse, digitally reported as finished and removed for further processing at the sorting table during the day shift. Any residual sheets or small remnants are written to the PN4000’s sheet database<\/a> – and automatically nested and reloaded with the next suitable order.<\/p>\n
