In 2020, ALU-Kanttechnik decided to use WiCAM’s PN4000<\/a> to program the Trumpf TruPunch 3000 punching machine. The decisive factors were the simultaneous programming of the different machine generations, the fully automatic common cuts and the preparation for the ERP introduction. Using the multi-loop function, both the Trumpf TruPunch 3000 S11 and the older TruPunch 3000 S06 are automatically programmed together.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Leon Salzmann, head of programming, says, “When the new machine came, we had to reprogramm every existing nesting with the old software. WiCAM creates the nestings fully automatically with common cuts, runs the continous shearing tool automatically, optimized production times – and programs both machines simultaneously in the background.”<\/p>\n
