\"\"Van 25 t\/m 28 oktober 2022 presenteert WiCAM op stand E61 (hal 11) zijn actuele assortiment CAD\/CAM\/Nesting\/Bending\/Cloud – software voor de plaatverwerkende industrie.<\/p>\n

Te zien zijn de laatste versies van het PN-productassortiment voor ERP-ge\u00efntegreerde volautomatische programmering en procesbesturing van alle soorten CNC-pons-, snij-, buig- en combinatiemachines.<\/p>\n

Naast de verschillende optimalisaties en nieuwe ERP-interfaces presenteren wij de huidige PN4000-versie met volledige 3D-integratie. Nieuw sinds dit jaar is een volledig ge\u00efntegreerde buigsimulatie die 3D-formaten zoals STEP direct\/volautomatisch inleest en verwerkt.<\/p>\n

Merk-onafhankelijke buigingssimulatie<\/h4>\n

Onze visie is altijd geweest om onze klanten een 3D-oplossing te bieden die volledig kan worden ge\u00efntegreerd met ons PN4000-programmeersysteem. Niet wisselen tussen verschillende programma’s met verschillende interfaces – maar \u00e9\u00e9n programma-interface voor alle productiestappen. Op de EuroBLECH van dit jaar presenteren wij een volledig nieuwe PNBend-versie voor het programmeren van diverse afkantpersen.<\/p>\n

Sinds dit jaar biedt WiCAM een cloud-based NC-converter. NC-programma’s voor verschillende machinefabrikanten worden binnen enkele seconden omgezet. Dit is vooral interessant voor bedrijven die standaardonderdelen produceren.<\/p>\n

Nieuwe Power Nesting Routine<\/h4>\n

Vanaf Q1 2023 kunnen alle PN4000-klanten onze nieuwe Power Nesting Routine aanschaffen. De nieuwe nestroutine levert uitstekende nestresultaten in de kortst mogelijke tijd. De nieuwe routine combineert optimalisatietechnieken en minimaliseert uw materiaalverspilling met AI-algoritmen.
