Bevelsnijden, ook wel bekend als afschuinen, is een techniek die wordt gebruikt om schuine randen aan te brengen op materialen. <\/p>\n

Deze techniek wordt vaak gebruikt in metaalbewerking voor functionele doeleinden zoals het verbeteren van lassen of het cre\u00ebren van stevige verbindingen tussen materialen.<\/p>\n

We hebben goed nieuws voor iedereen die werkt met de WiCAM Unfold module: In versie 32.52 van ons programmeersysteem PN4000 hebben we een nieuwe functie toegevoegd die het voor jullie een stuk makkelijker maakt om afschuiningen te detecteren.<\/p>\n

Met de versie kunnen verschillende typen afschuiningen worden herkend en die vervolgens meteen vanuit het 3D-model worden overgebracht als kenmerk van de 2D geometrie. Dat scheelt je een hoop handmatig gedoe en maakt het werk een stuk effici\u00ebnter.<\/p>\n

Wat betekent dit voor jou?
\n<\/strong>Met deze nieuwe functie wordt het eenvoudiger om met 3D-bestanden te werken. Je hoeft niet meer handmatig te zoeken naar afkantingen; PN4000 doet dat voor je. Dat betekent dat je sneller kunt schakelen tussen 3D- en 2D-verwerking. Bovendien kun je met onze buigsimulatie PNBend alle 3D-bestanden direct op je buigmachine digitaal simuleren en omwikkelen met je aftrekwaarden. En het beste is, dit werkt ongeacht welke fabrikant de machine heeft gemaakt.<\/p>\n
