In onze nieuwe rubriek Tech in Beeld<\/strong> laten we zien hoe onze klanten moderne technologie inzetten om slimmer, sneller en duurzamer te produceren. Deze maand staat de Durma HD-F 3015 fiberlasersnijmachine centraal. Uitgerust met een 6 kW fiberlaserbron, Compact Server H-type automatisering en een 3e<\/sup> tafel voor de invoer van restplaten. Een krachtige combinatie van snelheid, precisie en effici\u00ebnt materiaalgebruik.<\/p>\n

Krachtige fiberlaser technologie
\n<\/strong>De Durma HD-F 3015 is voorzien van een 6 kW fiberlaser waarmee diverse metalen met hoge snelheid en precisie worden gesneden. Dankzij de fiberlaser technologie is de snijkwaliteit uitstekend, terwijl het energieverbruik laag blijft en de onderhoudsbehoefte minimaal is. Een duurzame en effici\u00ebnte oplossing voor bedrijven die hun plaatbewerking willen moderniseren.<\/p>\n

Compact Server H-type: automatisering in de praktijk
\n<\/strong>De ge\u00efntegreerde Compact Server H-type zorgt voor automatische aan- en afvoer van plaatmateriaal. Daardoor kan de fiberlasersnijmachine onbemand produceren en houdt de operator tijd over voor programmering en kwaliteitscontrole. Het systeem optimaliseert de materiaalstroom, beperkt stilstand en maakt ononderbroken productie mogelijk, ook \u2019s nachts of in ploegendienst.

Derde tafel voor restplaten: effici\u00ebnt hergebruik
\n<\/strong>Een opvallend onderdeel van deze opstelling is de 3e<\/sup> tafel voor restplaten. Hiermee kan restmateriaal eenvoudig worden verwerkt en opnieuw ingezet bij volgende snijopdrachten. Zo gaat er minder materiaal verloren en stijgt de benuttingsgraad van het plaatmateriaal. Een slimme stap richting duurzamer en kosteneffici\u00ebnter produceren.<\/p>\n

Samen vooruit met slimme technologie
\n\"\"<\/strong>De Durma HD-F 3015 fiberlasersnijmachine laat zien hoe moderne lasertechnologie en slimme automatisering productieprocessen naar een hoger niveau tillen. Bij onze klanten koppelen we deze technologie aan WiCAM PN4000 voor laser-, order- en materiaalbeheer. Door die integratie ontstaat een volledig geautomatiseerde productieketen.
