Wat in 1978 begon als een klein productiebedrijf voor metalen producten, groeide in de loop van de decennia uit tot een van de sterkste spelers in Europa: Biohort.<\/p>\n

Dankzij continue investeringen, een heldere kwaliteitsfilosofie en de visie om nieuwe technologie\u00ebn vroeg toe te passen, bleef het bedrijf steeds verder groeien. Tegenwoordig produceert Biohort in meerdere locaties tuinhuisjes, boxen en outdoor-oplossingen.<\/p>\n

Met de technologische uitbreiding en de toenemende productdiversiteit nam ook de complexiteit in de productie toe.<\/p>\n

Een heterogeen machinepark, bestaande uit machines van verschillende fabrikanten, zorgde voor steeds grotere organisatorische en technische uitdagingen bij Biohort. Tegelijkertijd nam de vraag naar een effici\u00ebnte inwerking van nieuwe medewerkers toe, zodat zij zo snel mogelijk productief konden zijn.<\/p>\n

Op dit punt besloot Biohort WiCAM PN4000 in te voere, onze programmeeroplossing die maximale flexibiliteit biedt in een gemengde machineomgeving.<\/p>\n

Het grote voordeel is dat er slechts \u00e9\u00e9n centrale softwareoplossing nodig is om machines van verschillende fabrikanten en modellen effici\u00ebnt aan te sturen. Tegelijkertijd zorgt de directe koppeling met het ERP-systeem voor een naadloze integratie in bestaande bedrijfsprocessen en een doorlopende, foutloze datastroom.<\/p>\n

Toekomstperspectief<\/h2>\n

De bestaande integratie vormt al een solide basis voor een doorlopende productieplanning.<\/p>\n

Bovendien kunnen op elk moment extra machines flexibel worden aangesloten. Zowel vlakbed-machines zoals scharen, pons- en lasersnijmachines als kantbanken. Op deze manier kan het machinepark stapsgewijs worden uitgebreid en kan het hele productieproces duurzaam worden gestandaardiseerd en geharmoniseerd.<\/p>\n
