The new function ‘Assembly Loop’ automatically processes 3D assembly files and unfolds the individual sheet metal parts into flat parts. After the automatic nesting the programs for the NC-machines are created immediately.
Using the interfaces, entire assemblies from the ERP system can be ordered and programmed fully automatically by means of quantities and the specification of the 3D file. The ‘Assembly Loop’ function is optionally available for the WiCAM PN4000 from version 27.4_42 from October 2018. Further information can be obtained at the EuroBlech 2018 and at www.wicam.com.
