In Q1 2020 WiCAM developed a new post processor for the current PENTA laser cutting machines.
The first installation controls a Top Speed BOLT 5.0 with 8kw fiber laser at EPM Automation B.V. in the Netherlands. Here the new machine complements the ones from Mitsubishi and Mazak existing laser production.
The new postprocessor is available for the Penta laser models BOLT, SWING and Classic Fiber Plus and from June 2020 optionally available for all PN4000 users (from version 29.02_22).
Penta Laser is a Chinese machine manufacturer specialized in the production of fiber laser cutting systems.
