In the first quarter of 2022, WiCAM developed a range of new post processors for machines from various manufacturers.
In addition to new post-processors for Trumpf, Ermaksan (CNC Plasma Hypertherm XPR300), Waterjet Sweden (H-Model) and Zünd Swiss Cutting Systems, we have commissioned an Omax (Maxiem 1530) in cooperation with INNOMAX Wasserstrahlschneidanlagen.
Another highlight was the commissioning of a Zünd Systemtechnik AG by our WiCAM Benelux office.
For this, a special function was developed in PN4000 to print texts on the material.
WiCAM’s PN4000 programs and nests the parts – the nesting is output in certain colours and texts are placed on the programmed parts.
The machine then cuts different materials (aluminium, fabric, leather …) and prints the texts on the corresponding parts.
WiCAM is a software manufacturer of customised PPS/ERP linked CADCAM, nesting and bending solutions.
