PN4000 | Variant programming | CAD/CAM system

With the ‘Variant’ module, you can create parameterised individual parts or assemblies in various sizes and designs. You can enter the parameters via dialogue windows or import them from external sources. The automation modules allow you to create parts and assemblies fully automatically. Due to the high demand from our customers, we would like to offer you an insight into the capabilities of the module with this video.

With the help of up to 999 parameters per component, you can easily make each component variable and customise it to your requirements. Another advantage here is the ability to programme the parts directly from the ERP system.

‘In this simple example, we are parameterising a 2D component with a main dimension X of 800 mm. By using the Variant module, you can create a wide range of dependencies to generate customised solutions for your components. We offer a comprehensive training course lasting between three and five days. After this training, you will be able to programme any variant yourself.’
