The latest version of PNBend, a software module of the PN4000, has several significant enhancements that further optimize the programming and bending process.
The most relevant new features are automatic adapter detection and application, fully automatic programming of seamed parts, the use of ACB measuring tools, and step bending. These improvements enable even more precise consideration of specific machine configurations, thus making the production process more efficient.

The recognition and consideration of transformations makes it possible to simulate complex forming operations in advance of the actual bending process and to analyze their effects precisely, which further reduces defects and material loss.
The integration of ACB (Advanced Control Bending) measuring tools into PNBend offers improved options for precise measurement during the bending process and ensures greater precision in programming.
PNBend is manufacturer-independent and enables the programming of press brakes from all well-known manufacturers such as Trumpf, Bystronic, LVD and Amada, which makes it possible to use our bending simulation in mixed machine parks.
