PNCalculate | New features Q1 2026 • API & Cloud

At the beginning of March 2026, WiCAM will comprehensively expand its browser-based and cloud-enabled solutions. The focus is on maximum consistency – from online calculation and web shops to cloud-based feasibility checks.

New features in our webshop solution • offer2order

Our webshop module offer2order has been significantly expanded in terms of functionality in order to link quotation processes, online calculation and integration into production even more closely. The new features include:

• Integration of cost calculation directly in the webshop
• Panel reduction for less material waste
• Assembly support
• Tube support
• Consideration of the grinding direction
• Machines with different machining areas
• Management of multiple delivery addresses

For the first time, offer2order combines web shop functionality, production calculation and machine logic in a single solution.

Browser-based calculation • PNCalculate

PNCalculate, our browser-based calculation tool, has been further developed this year. In addition to numerous technical improvements in the background, the system now also supports the complete calculation of pipe components. Furthermore, the panel selection for nesting has been further optimised. As a key innovation, PNCalculate now performs an integrated bending simulation or feasibility check – directly during the calculation and without additional software. This provides users with a well-founded statement on manufacturability directly in their web browser.

Cloud-based feasibility check now available • API

Our API enables ERP systems and web shops – such as Blechecon or Laserhub – to perform calculations seamlessly from their own platforms. This interface has now been expanded: in addition to classic price and process calculation, an automated feasibility check can also be triggered via the API. This generates a complete 3D bending simulation in the cloud, which can be visualised directly in the browser without the need for local software. The API thus opens up new possibilities:

• Real-time testing and simulation directly in web and ERP environments
• Scalable cloud computing power, independent of local hardware
• End-to-end digital processes from the online shop to production-ready evaluation
