The new nesting routine enables excellent nesting results for all material groups in the shortest possible time. With a detailed configuration like “optimal sheet determination” and the integration of “multi torches” for single parts or whole assemblies, the nesting machine is optimal for sheet metal processors with high material volumes and automated processes.
The automatisms of PN4000 in combination with the Power Nesting Routine give our customers significantly more planning reliability for their production, especially in times of material shortage. In the current development stage, our Power Nesting Routine achieves an increase in efficiency in material utilization of up to 15% in individual cases compared to conventional nesting strategies.
The new Power Nesting Routine is available immediately as an option in the current PN4000 version for all cutting machines such as laser, knife, plasma, multi-head torch and oxyfuel systems.
