PN4000 | Power-Nesting Update | Optimise NC programmes

WiCAM’s Power Nester has received many ‘quality of life’ improvements in its latest update, for a high level of efficiency when nesting.

With the help of new parameters, Power Nester can significantly reduce the number of sheets and NC programs. As fibre lasers are becoming faster and faster, the efficient removal of parts is becoming an increasingly relevant factor. Our new version has algorithms that reduce the various NC programs at the push of a button, while ensuring maximum material utilisation.

Our PN4000 programming system and power nesting routine work independently of the manufacturer. You can control your production manually or directly from your ERP system, and it does not matter whether you have a Trumpf TruLaser, Bystronic laser system, LVD laser system, Amada laser system or another CNC machine. With WiCAM, you can control all manufacturers.
