In February 2017 a new postprocessor for the current LVD Phoenix FL fiber lasers was developed for the WiCAM PN4000. The models LVD Phoenix FL 3015, FL 4020 and FL 6020 with the power source 3KW, 4KW and 6KW are controlled.

In addition to controlling the general machine functions, the PN4000 not only uses the feedback data of individual parts and nestings for post-calculation and ERP communikation, but also imports the cutting data from the control into the rules.
The first installations of the new postprocessor in the Netherlands were commisioned at ‚Gicom‘. PN4000 controls two additional Trumpf laser machines connected to the ERP system – and at ‘VDI’, where PN4000 controls a Prima Power Platino laser in addition to the LVD. The bidirectional interface links machines and PN4000 with the ERP system ‘Microsoft Navision’.
The new postprozessor is available as an option for all PN4000 users from April 2017 (version 26.02_15).
