PNBend Tool | Bend Viewer now available

The PNBend Viewer from WiCAM is now available and specifically expands the scope of PNBend’s applications in manufacturing. As an optional add-on tool, it enables the simple visualisation of bending simulations directly at the machine using an external monitor.

Whilst PNBend is responsible for creating bending simulations and NC programmes, the Bend Viewer serves purely as a display and visualisation tool. Machine operators are thus provided with clear, visual guidance for the entire bending process without having to intervene in the programming themselves.

The Bend Viewer ensures significantly improved process reliability during bending. Operators can see exactly in which order the sheet metal must be loaded and bent. This reduces error rates, avoids scrap and sustainably increases efficiency.

Another key advantage lies in the modernisation of older press brakes. Machines without integrated 3D visualisation can be easily upgraded by using the Viewer.
