The existing step bending function has been specifically further developed and optimised in the new version of PNBend. This now makes it possible to reliably programme and simulate components whose geometries could not be represented, or only to a limited extent, in earlier versions.

This applies in particular to workpieces that consist almost entirely of a continuous curve and do not have a traditional bend edge. PNBend now recognises and processes these geometries more precisely and automatically models the curve using several coordinated bending steps.
PNBend is manufacturer-independent and enables the programming of press brakes from numerous well-known manufacturers. This makes the bending simulation suitable even for companies with a mixed fleet of machines.
See for yourself in a personalised online demo. During this, we can show you the new possibilities of step bending directly using suitable components and demonstrate the entire process – from programming to simulation – in a practical manner.
