PN4000 | Power-Nesting Update | available from version 32.52.

In 2023 we started selling our new power nesting routine. A nesting strategy (integrated in PN4000) that can significantly increase material utilization in the nesting process. With each new PN version, we map as many customer requests as possible to offer maximum performance.

In particular, the topic of “reducing different NC programs” was a focus for many customers. To minimize clearing times on the machine, repeat NC programs are extremely helpful. From version 32.52, you can decide in an extra menu how relevant it is to generate identical NC programs while maximizing material utilization.

We are pleased that many customers have already integrated this new feature into their everyday production.
