PNBend is WiCAM’s manufacturer-independent bending simulation software for the offline programming of press brakes. It enables bending programmes to be created centrally during work preparation and adapted for use on different machines and control systems. It supports press brakes from various manufacturers, including machines from the CoastOne C-Series, as shown in this video:

The software supports the entire programming process. This includes determining suitable bending sequences, selecting appropriate tools and carrying out a feasibility check on the component. Even before production begins, it is possible to check whether a component can be manufactured using the intended machine, tooling and bending sequence.
Another key component is the development of the component. PNBend can generate the development required for production, taking into account the relevant allowance values. This allows practical blanking patterns to be derived based on the subsequent bending process and transferred directly into the digital manufacturing process.
PNBend enables centralised and manufacturer-independent offline programming of press brakes. The appropriate NC texts and control-specific programmes are generated for the respective press brakes. This means that different press brakes from manufacturers such as TRUMPF, Bystronic, LVD, SafanDarley, Prima Power, Durma or CoastOne can be programmed via a single central software package.
With PNBend, the programming of press brakes can be standardised and efficiently integrated into the digital manufacturing process.
PNBend is manufacturer-independent and enables the programming of press brakes from all leading manufacturers, allowing our bending simulation to be used across mixed machine fleets. Request your personalised online demo now!
