In spring 2026, WiCAM developed new post-processors for the laser cutting systems manufactured by DNE. This makes it possible for the first time to fully control D-Energy, D-Speed, D-Power, D-Soar, D-Soar Plus-G and D-Giant machines via our PN4000 programming system and to integrate them efficiently into existing manufacturing processes. All supported systems are based on the widely used CypCut control system and can now be seamlessly integrated into the WiCAM programming environment.

The first machines in these series have already been successfully commissioned at customer sites. With the new post-processors, WiCAM significantly expands the scope of application for PN4000 in the field of modern fibre laser technology. Users can create and optimise cutting processes in a unified programming environment and transfer them directly to the machines. This ensures the reliable implementation of sophisticated machining strategies as well as end-to-end digitalisation of production. Particular emphasis is placed on WiCAM’s consistent CAD/CAM strategy.
